Jean-Paul has been in the expressive and healing arts for three decades.

Jean-Paul has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Theater Arts, is a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) , and they possess a postgraduate degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology: Body Psychotherapy.

Jean-Paul is a
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialization

in working with blended families and children with acute mental health challenges.

Jean-Paul has undergone extensive training at the Hakomi body-oriented mindfulness-based psychotherapy, as well as an ongoing specialization in

child development, Dance Movement Therapy, Somatic Yoga Therapy, The Diamond Heart Approach, Accelerated Dynamic Experiential Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Somatic Experiencing.


With the burgeoning development of the fields of neuroscience, attachment theory, and mindfulness, it is becoming more and more indispensable to

have an integrated sense of the body's role in mental health.


Jean-Paul's diverse skill sets and professional experiences offer a well-informed and intuitive approach—tailored to the needs of each client—one that empower individuals of all ages with the resources necessary to live a life that is more effective, empowered, embodied and meaningful, personally and professionally.



Mental Health is a full spectrum occasion, involving the dynamic interplay and equilibrium of our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors (all meaningfully housed and expressed in our bodies) within the larger context that for many are fast-paced lives of family, work, and relationship.
